HR Advisor opportunity available on a temporary basis for circa 3 months working for a leading education organisation based in Bradford, West Yorkshire. As HR Advisor you will be an integral part of the HR team and responsible for delivering an adaptive, timely and compliant advice, administration and query resolution service across the full employee lifecycle. Duties include: Supports local line managers and team leaders with day to day HR activities Resolves all queries with a solution-oriented approach Attends formal hearings and meetings, ensuring accurate minutes are taken and disseminated to relevant stakeholders Supports HR and training development to management population Attends formal meetings and hearings, ensure accurate minutes are taken and disseminated to relevant stakeholders Responsible for absence management, disciplinary and grievance, redundancy procedures Qualifications and Experience CIPD Level 5 Employee relations experience including disciplinary and grievance cases, performance management and sickness absence management
