Our client in Basingstoke, who is going through an exciting growth period as a start-up business, is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to join their hard-working team and help push their growth to the next level.
*You must be able to speak fluent Spanish for this role*
Salary: £35k per annum
Working Hours:
* Monday - Friday
* 8am-4pm (some flex required)

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Liaising with customers on their online ordering platform
2. Supporting the UK operations team
3. Liaising with the South American Customer Service holdings team
4. Support the onboarding of new vendors
5. Manage existing accounts/customers
6. Resolving queries raised by book delivery customers
Requirements:
1. Fluent Spanish speaking
2. Customer service experience
3. Zendesk experience
4. Ability to accurately record data
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
8. Good communication and interpersonal skills
