A successful firm in modern offices in Derby is seeking to recruit for a crucial job role, suitable for anyone from a capable Accountant level through to Client Manager grade.

The firm ideally wants to bring someone in at a level between the accounts team and Client Managers. The position will sit above the compliance and production team, involving accounts, tax, personal and company taxes, company secretarial work, share transfers, Director changes, etc.
The firm excels at training and is happy to help develop areas where you have less experience. They are flexible on hybrid working; most people do 50% or more office time, but further homeworking is allowed where required.
Duties will include:
1. Liaising with and seeing existing clients regarding accounts, tax returns, and other ad hoc meetings.
2. Producing and finalising accounts, tax returns, and other assignments.
3. Preparation of accounts for larger clients.
4. Company secretarial work, share transfers, Director changes, etc.
5. Working closely with the directors.
