Trainee Recruitment Consultant/Resourcer
QCS Staffing is a successful international recruitment consultancy, established in 1992. QCS provides specialist Contract and Permanent recruitment services to clients within the Life Sciences, Renewable Energy, and Data IT industry sectors across the EMEA, Americas, and APAC regions. We employ staff at our headquarters based in Berkhamsted, and we will be opening an office in the US in 2023.
The role of the Trainee Recruitment Consultant/Resourcer:
The role involves sourcing candidates for our live vacancies across our three global industries.
Responsibilities
* Qualifying candidates and matching them to suitable job opportunities, including negotiating contract rates and overcoming objections.
* Taking direction from the Delivery Manager/Team Leader to prioritize assignments, liaising with Sales Consultants regarding assignment specifics and their requirements.
* Undertaking searches on the company’s database, external job boards, and utilizing social media to headhunt candidates, targeting both active and passive markets.
* Ensuring all data and candidate records are up to date on our company’s CRM system, including obtaining recent CVs.
* Providing candidates with a fantastic level of customer service.
* Writing well-structured adverts and ensuring all job requirements actively being worked are advertised through the job advertisement portal, keeping advert posts up to date and relevant.
* Preparing and presenting pre-qualified CVs to the sales teams.
* Assisting the sales team to arrange candidate interviews, including travel arrangements and interview pre/debriefs.
* Providing post-sales assistance to contract consultants regarding temporary and long-term accommodation, special travel arrangements, and any registration formalities that may need to be undertaken.
* Headhunting and networking contract requirements positively to get referrals through consultants and professional networking sites such as LinkedIn and Xing.
* Identifying new business opportunities to support business development, with Recruitment Resourcers actively encouraged to explore sales leads and undertake sales training.
