We have an excellent opportunity for an Apprentice Payroll Administrator to join our fun and vibrant Business Essentials team in our Wrexham office. This is a full-time position, working hours being 9:00 to 17:00 on Monday to Friday.
Job duties:
1. Dealing with queries regarding payroll to all clients, via phone and email.
2. Providing payroll services to clients on a weekly and monthly basis via Sage payroll, involving end to end processing of payroll.
3. Dealing with SMP, SPP, SSP, Coding Notices, P45s.
4. Processing of Pension contributions.
5. Responsible for checking payslips and reports at payroll validation, rectifying identified issues.
6. Implementing set up details and changes notified by employees such as bank details, address, etc.
Key Skills:
1. Good IT skills.
2. Good time management and communication skills.
3. Strong attention to detail.
4. Positive work ethic.
5. Grade A-C GCSE Math and English.
