Better Mental Health. As a dedicated Growth Marketing & Lead Acquisition Manager your primary focus will be on identifying and engaging potential clients through a variety of channels. You’ll develop and execute strategies to drive leads and grow the sales pipeline, ensuring our outreach efforts are targeted and effective.
Lead Generation Strategy: Design and implement multi-channel lead generation campaigns, utilising platforms like LinkedIn, a range of social media, google, trade press, and intent marketing tools to attract high-quality leads.
~ Create, manage, and optimise outbound email campaigns, using Smartlead and other platforms, to engage potential clients, tailoring messages based on data insights and client intent.
~ Account-Based Marketing: Social Media & LinkedIn Expertise: Use LinkedIn and other social channels to tap into prospect networks, identify sales targets, engage with key decision-makers, and generate high-converting leads.
~ Data Analysis & Optimisation: Analyse campaign performance metrics to continuously improve lead quality and conversion rates. Use data to inform and adjust strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives.
~Intent Marketing: Implement intent data and analytics to identify prospects who are actively searching for relevant services, helping to prioritise high-potential leads.
~ Collaboration: Work closely with sales and your marketing colleagues to align lead generation efforts with broader business goals, ensuring a smooth handover of qualified leads to sales.
Familiarity with using intent marketing tools and techniques.
· Strong skills in data analysis and optimising lead generation efforts based on insights.
· Experience with trade press and industry-specific marketing channels.
· Ability to work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to align on strategies and goals.
Flexible, hybrid working (this can include compressed hours, 5 days a week, or fewer working days).
We have a small office in Thames Ditton, Surrey (c.30 mins from London Waterloo via train) and the team works both from the office and from home. While the ideal candidate will live near enough to Thames Ditton to come to the office at least twice a week, as we grow, there is some flexibility in terms of office location with the potential of team days in London at a shared workspace.
· Summer Fridays – early finish from May to Sept
