We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global services provider for an experienced Interim Senior Bid Manager to lead complex, high value bids across multiple sectors. This is a pivotal role within the bid team, driving the end to end bid process to secure large scale contracts.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and submission of compelling, high quality bids for major contracts
* Manage the entire bid lifecycle, from initial qualification to contract award
* Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, finance, legal and operational teams to develop commercially sound and innovative solutions
* Ensure compliance with bid governance, coordinating reviews and approvals at each stage
* Develop win strategies, value propositions and bid themes that align with client needs
* Oversee content development, ensuring clarity, consistency and alignment with evaluation criteria
* Conduct risk analysis and mitigation planning for each bid submission
* Support negotiations and presentations with clients as required
What We Are Looking For
* Proven experience as a Senior Bid Manager, ideally within facilities management
* Track record of leading and winning complex, high value public and private sector bids
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop competitive, commercially viable solutions
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
* Experience managing multiple bids simultaneously in a fast paced environment
* Exceptional writing, editing and presentation skills
* Knowledge of public sector procurement frameworks and bidding best practices is desirable
