About the role
As Deputy Manager, it will be your role to provide support to the staff and people supported. You will take full responsibility for the development and implementation of systems and processes to ensure we are able to provide the highest quality of care and support.
You will also be required to work with the relevant governing bodies on new business opportunities for the service.
We are looking for a candidate who holds their CQC registration and their Level 5 in Health and Social Care, or are willing to work towards this qualification.
John Grooms Court, Norwich, is a residential home for adults with physical and intellectual disabilities. This service provides 25 single-occupancy, self-contained flats plus two flats for two people.
