Salt is collaborating with a fantastic Media Client as they seek to hire a talented and driven CRM Executive to support them on an ASAP starting, monthly rolling contract position. This role plans and delivers CRM activity (emails, push notifications, in-app messages, etc) to support campaign priorities and channel needs, driving key marketing outcomes. This is the perfect opportunity for a driven marketing executive to hone their CRM skillset in a fast-paced and exciting industry. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with marketing, media, and creative teams to deliver a marketing plan that achieves the desired outcomes. Use CRM expertise to enhance strategic plans provided by media strategists. Provide insights and recommendations to improve performance and innovation. Set up and activate CRM campaigns accurately -ensuring the right message reaches the right audience at the right time. Execute and optimise CRM channels, including email, push and in-app notifications. Work closely with creative teams to ensure activity is high-quality, on-brand and optimised for performance. Monitor performance and share insights with the wider CRM team to enhance overall campaign effectiveness. Skills Required: Experience in planning, activating, and optimising CRM campaigns across various formats, working towards clear outcomes and KPIs. Proficiency in CRM systems - Braze very advantageous. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for decision-making. Excellent organisational skills, be able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail. Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Have a proactive, collaborative approach with a can-do attitude.
