The Role As part of Sandwell Council’s HR service, you’ll lead in three key areas: HR business partnering, Learning and OD business partnering, and HR casework within our consultancy team. You’ll work flexibly across various projects and workstreams, playing an essential role in shaping the future of Sandwell Council. Your responsibilities will include: Driving forward the delivery of our People Strategy (2024-2027). Leading on organisational change, restructures, and workforce planning. Developing impactful learning and development interventions. Supporting Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion priorities. Offering expert HR advice and guidance across a range of key HR initiatives. The Person We’re looking for someone with : Strong leadership skills and a proven ability to inspire and motivate others. Extensive HR experience across the full spectrum of HR services, including business partnering and organisational development. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
