Hours: 9am - 2pm Monday to Friday during term-time, plus 6 weeks during school holidays to be used flexibly as required by the HR Manager and Bursar. Flexible working arrangements considered.
Salary: £18,120 actual for term-time + 6 weeks non-term time 0.566 FTE (£32,000 FTE)
Responsible to: HR Manager
The successful candidate will provide support and cover for the HR Manager in all their duties. They will be experienced in a variety of HR and recruitment administrative duties, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruiting staff members and coordinating the administration of the employee lifecycle.
