Job Description:
* Responsible for maintaining and repairing factory equipment to ensure optimal efficiency.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot machinery issues to prevent downtime.
* Collaborate with contractors to implement continuous improvements.
* Oversee spare parts inventory and manage machinery performance.
* Work closely with the team to meet production targets and ensure quality standards are met.
Requirements:
* Degree in engineering (minimum level 3) with a focus on multi-skilling.
* At least 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the food industry.
* Strong knowledge of electricity regulations, health & safety standards, and supply chain management.
* Proficient in PLC programming and computer-aided design software.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Salary and Benefits: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life assurance, and private healthcare insurance.
