The Inside Sales Rep is responsible for executing the sales strategy in order to achieve the POS target on the assigned accounts in the UK reseller channel. This position will work with the Technical Account Manager for the region in order to execute the sales strategy with the assigned accounts. Key external relationships to this position are local Distribution and Channel partners. This role is hybrid, with the expectation that you'll spend at least two days a week in our local Berkshire office in the United Kingdom, offering the flexibility to balance in-person collaboration with remote work. Functional Responsibilities Execute the sales strategy in order to achieve the POS target on the assigned accounts Identify the key partners and develop NETGEAR business with them. Recruit and develop the reseller channel Assist Partners on the phone and email to spot and close projects Implement channel partner program and promotions Build and maintain strong product knowledge to increase sales effectiveness. Coordinate with distributor’s local teams to ensure sales-out Provide all information relevant for NETGEAR to improve business Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Autonomous, self- aware and go-getter personality Sales hunter Displays high levels of personal drive, resourcefulness along with the ability to deliver against the odds Ready to work for a challenger in a challenging market: tenacity, agility, failure should not be a stopper. Dynamic personality with the ability to develop relationship at all levels both internally and in partner/reseller organization. Strong interpersonal and business relationship building skills. Good level of written and spoken of English, other languages are a pre.
