Freightserve are looking to recruit a Cargo Customer Service Executive for a Heathrow based GSA. The company are currently expanding their successful operation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage complete end-to-end booking process.
2. Interface with UK freight forwarders, overseas offices, interline partners, GHAs & other offices.
3. Keeping in-house and airline system up to date, including full data capture.
4. Oversee and manage Pre Bookings.
5. Acting as main contact through both customer calls and emails.
6. Managing capacity control and priorities.
7. Responding to request for tracking information & post flights.
8. Coordinate service recovery to protect customer experience.
9. Provide booking list to GHAs and pre-alert outstations.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
1. Ideally candidate should have Airline, GSSA or Freight Forwarding experience.
2. Have outstanding customer service skills and good understanding of the cargo market.
3. Ability to work in a fast paced environment handling multiple initiatives and prioritise own workload.
4. Autonomy in the role and capacity management.
5. Must be articulate and possess good interpersonal skills.
6. Competences in IT programs, strong analytical skills, planning and organisation.
