We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Team Leader to join our clients team at Heathrow Airport. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team of up to 12 people in support of our critical service contract at one of the world's busiest airports.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of field service engineers and support staff
Drive and monitor contractual KPIs and obligations with customers
Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance activities
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies
Coordinate resources, tools, and materials for successful service delivery
Conduct performance evaluations and provide mentorship to team members
Manage scheduling and time entry for the team
Prepare and publish monthly performance reports
Respond to emergency support requests as needed
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of related experience
Minimum 5 years of technical field service experience
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and aptitude for specialized software programs
Experience with SVMX for service modules is advantageous
Ability to work flexible shifts, including 24/7 coverage
