HR Advisor - Well-Being & Absence
We are seeking a CIPD-qualified HR Advisor to join a dynamic and well-established organisation. This role focuses on absence management, well-being, and family-friendly policies, offering an excellent opportunity to make a difference in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
As an HR Advisor, you will provide professional HR advice to managers, helping them navigate absence and well-being matters. Your role will involve managing HR cases, offering expert guidance, and ensuring the best outcomes for both the business and its colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a range of HR cases with a focus on absence management and well-being.
2. Provide advice on flexible working and family-friendly policies.
3. Coach and support managers to enhance their people management skills.
4. Ensure all case details are accurately recorded and resolved within deadlines.
5. Prepare and review formal documentation, offering constructive feedback to managers.
6. Deliver practical HR solutions that align with employment law and company policies.
What We’re Looking For:
1. A proven track record in managing HR cases.
2. Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
4. Organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure.
5. A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to HR challenges.
6. Ideally, CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent experience.
