We are seeking to recruit an experienced Travel Co-Ordinator to join our highly motivated and hard-working travel team. Previous experience within a fast-paced Travel Department is essential with the successful candidate having strong interpersonal and organisational skills, good time management and an eye for detail. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Booking cost effective flights, accommodation, car hire and the distribution of all confirmations. Following company procedures in maintaining full records of employee travel. Resolving travel queries. Reconciliation and management of invoices and charges. Ability to maintain and manage excellent relationships with our airline, hire car and hotel providers. Experience Essential Criteria: Working knowledge of the travel industry with previous travel booking experience. Effective and demonstrable task prioritising. High level of interpersonal and organisational skills. Working as part of a team. What's in it for you?
