Facilities Coordinator
Purpose of Role
Is to provide a five star Workplace Experience, overseeing both soft and hard services, providing a customer focused FM service
* The Facilities Co-ordinator supports the Facilities Manager in the management of service delivery, responsible for all aspects of facility management including M&E and Soft Service delivery while ensuring client satisfaction.
* Manage all aspects of facilities to ensure that the services delivery and contractual obligations are delivered and executed in a manner that fosters and achieves superior customer satisfaction
* Be the focal point person with the local Clients representing the company and maintain excellent customer relationship.
* Supporting the Facilities Supervisor in the delivery of facilities to the wider office portfolio.
* Promotes high level of satisfaction among clients by promptly responding to their service requirements.
* To ensure we meet ISO45001 and ISO14001 compliance and assist in the preparation the required files to maintain the HSE certification.
* Maintains role as primary contact for user relative to service requests and CAFM System
* Ensures the day-to-day operations of the office are implemented in a manner consistent with policies and ownership directives.
* Develop a close working relationship with all of the vendors under their control to ensure that they fully understand the culture and are made to feel part of the team delivering a high quality service.
* Supported by the Facilities Manager performs churn management, space and move management.•Implementation of initiatives to ensure that best practice is achieved in every aspect of service delivery with particular focus on cost, quality, and client satisfaction.
* Source and evaluate contractor / supplier / vendor to contract specification; and in compliance to clients purchasing policies and procedures.
* Performs daily services within the contract standard scope of works / KPI.
* Provide high quality customer service to both internal and external customers.
* Respond to client needs and coordinate resources to resolve issues.
Skills and Experience
* Previous Facilities / Workplace experience
* Knowledge of Microsoft office
* Customer focus
