The Role:As a Graduate Electronics Engineer, you’ll be joining a talented team where you’ll dive into hands-on electronics design. From concept to execution, you’ll help create high-quality products that make a real impact. You’ll get to collaborate with design engineers, external suppliers, and test houses to bring innovative solutions to life. No two days will be the same – you'll work on everything from analogue and digital design to design for EMC compliance, and you’ll even get involved in installation and maintenance. What You’ll Be Doing:
* Design and develop top-notch electronic solutions.
* Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to make things happen.
* Prove your designs work (and enjoy a bit of problem-solving along the way).
* Support the transition from design to production, making sure everything is ready to go.
* Ensure your designs meet industry standards (including MoD and European requirements).
* Help document everything from schematics to Bill of Materials.
* Occasionally head off-site to support installations.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong background in electronics (analog and digital), especially power supply and distribution, signal conditioning, and control systems.
* Solid understanding of the full design lifecycle – from concept to final validation.
* Experience with ECAD tools (Cadence OrCAD is a bonus!).
* A knack for problem-solving and fault-finding.
* Comfortable with test equipment like oscilloscopes and digital multimeters.
* A team player who can juggle tasks and priorities.
* Ability to obtain UK Security Clearance (and a UK driving licence is a nice-to-have).
* A degree in Electronics or a related field is ideal, but if you’ve got the right skills and experience, we’re all ears.
