Store Manager / Franchisee
Carpets 4 Less have stores Nationwide and are looking for highly motivated, customer-focused, and above all friendly Store Manager or Franchisee for our new Banbury store.
Store Manager Duties Include:
* Oversee the daily operations of the store.
* Supervise and support staff members, fostering a positive work environment.
* Service and provide professional advice to customers.
* Measure and estimate with confidence in customers' homes.
* Ensure individual and team sales targets are met.
* Utilize store paperwork and computerized systems.
* Stock ordering.
* Liaise with third-party fitting teams.
* Assist with receiving deliveries.
* Complete daily accounting paperwork.
* Assist with stocking and merchandising of the store.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe environment for both customers and staff.
* Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff members.
* All staff are required to lift and move carpets on a daily basis.
* Pay is very competitive and to be discussed at the interview stage.
Requirements:
* Previous experience within the industry is desired.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Good numeracy skills.
