Job Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and manage contractors undertaking works.
2. Ensure works are completed safely and efficiently within stated timescales.
3. Manage sub-contractors and inspect properties pre and post works.
4. Conduct progress meetings and oversee the day-to-day delivery of the programme.
5. Ensure compliance with CDM regulations regarding FRA works.
6. Adhere to Health & Safety and Environmental regulations at all times.
