About the role We are looking for a highly motivated and organised Events and CRM Manager to join our marketing team. This dual-focus role will deliver world-class events that elevate Keeler’s presence across global markets, while implementing a data-driven CRM strategy that enhances customer engagement and drives business growth. Event responsibilities: Lead the planning and execution of Keeler’s global event portfolio including trade shows, education events and symposiums in line with company strategy. Refine planning processes to ensure efficient, detail-oriented event execution. Liaise with internal stakeholders (Product Managers, Marketing, Sales Managers) to bring their vision to life through engaging, cost-effective and brand-consistent stand design and marketing. Build strong relationships with external suppliers such as stand builders, logistics providers, furniture hire, IT and graphic designers. Set and track key success metrics for each event (e.g. lead volume, sales, product demos) to establish and report on ROI. Organise the creation and ordering of all event literature and branded merchandise as required. Manage event communications including social media pre-promotion, live updates, and post-event wraps. Share best practices across teams and document learnings for continuous improvement. Track all associated event costs, working to the agreed global events and education budget. CRM responsibilities: Develop a new CRM strategy and platform roll out to enhance engagement with Keeler’s audiences across campaigns, product launches, events and eCommerce initiatives. Own the e-blast schedule for Keeler’s internal database and external/third party providers. Manage the company database, ensuring regular cleansing, audience segmentation and the incorporation of new leads from various sources such as events. Maintain and optimise Keeler’s website forms and automated email journeys to support lead generation and customer engagement. Monitor and report on campaign performance, using insights to recommend improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure CRM initiatives support business objectives. About You Minimum 3 years in a similar marketing role, ideally within the healthcare sector. A motivated, enthusiastic self-starter with high standards and strong attention to detail. Proven end-to-end event management experience in B2B and B2C environments. Proficient in CRM platforms and e-blast tools (e.g. Hubspot, Freshworks, Mailchimp). Strong project management capabilities and experience measuring and analysing success. Demonstrated experience in supplier and stakeholder relationship management. Strong multi-tasking abilities, excellent under pressure and comfortable managing several workstreams simultaneously. Budgeting and negotiation experience with a track record of delivering within budget. Customer-oriented and naturally curious, with a desire to understand business/market dynamics. Comfortable working with data and reporting, with a focus on actionable insights. Polished and articulate communicator in English, with a keen eye for brand tone and consistency. Understanding of data protection laws (e.g., GDPR). Legally eligible to work in the UK. Desirable Experience in a regulated or medical devices environment. CIM or equivalent qualification in marketing, CRM or event management. Experience working in global teams across time zones. Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, and basic video editing tools. A process-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement. Willingness to travel internationally to attend and support global events.
