What Might a Typical Day for a Parts Advisor look like?\n\nAssisting customers to order the right parts for their vehicles\nReceiving and dispatching parts\nHelping solve customer enquiries face to face and over the phone\nProcess sales transactions, including raising invoices and credits for goods supplied and handling returns\nCo-ordinate with other departments, such as the service desk and the workshop\nCompile parts from job cards for repairs being carried out in the workshop.\nWe are a small team, with a Parts Supervisor, a Parts Advisor and a Parts apprentice, so you will be involved in everything we do and gain a lot of hands-on experience throughout your apprenticeship.\u00A0\n\nWhat will I learn?\n\nRegular assessment and reviews will be undertaken within the apprentice's own workplace which aims to ensure they have the required skills to successfully complete their apprenticeship.
