Job summary Are you passionate about supporting people with their rehabilitation to enable them to live independent lives? We are recruiting B3 rehabilitation support workers who enjoy working with a wide range of people affected by illness and/or disability. You will work closely with other rehabilitation support workers and physiotherapists, carrying out rehabilitation exercises in people's own homes, enabling them to be more independent at home and, where indicated, outside of their home too. Full training will be given to successful candidates. Main duties of the job Supporting physiotherapists in carrying out an individualised rehabilitation programme with patients in their own homes.
