Job Title: Business Development Manager Mastclimbing Systems
Industry Sector: Mastclimbing, Scaffolding Solutions, Facades, Building Envelope
Location: Ideally based in Leeds, Bristol, Glasgow, or Birmingham
Remuneration: £40,000 - £60,000 depending on experience + uncapped commission giving OTE £70,000+
Benefits: Company car OR car allowance + full benefits
Role Overview: The Area Sales Manager will sell the hire and sale of mastclimbing solutions, focusing on both refurbishment and new build projects.
Responsibilities:
1. Sell to main contractors, sub-contractors, façade contractors, and civil engineering companies.
2. Achieve a target of circa £2.5m turnover in your territory.
3. Manage order values of circa £100k-£200k.
4. Work predominantly on high-rise commercial projects such as office blocks, hotels, and student accommodations.
5. Collaborate closely with the National Sales Manager and internal team.
Ideal Candidate:
1. Experience as an Area Sales Manager in Mastclimbing Systems.
2. Passionate, energetic, and enthusiastic.
3. Background in cladding, building envelope, or facades.
4. Experience selling to main contractors and civil engineering companies.
5. Ability to learn and adapt from other routes in the construction industry.
6. Comfortable liaising on construction sites.
7. Money-hungry, motivated, and ambitious.
