We're looking for an experienced finance leader to manage part of our high-performing team at Ultimate Performance. Operating in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment, you'll play a key role in driving excellence across all processes and deliverables. You'll foster a culture of continuous improvement, proactively seeking efficiencies while actively developing and mentoring team members. In this role, you'll manage the day-to-day functions of the finance team, support the delivery of monthly and annual reporting, and work closely with the Head of Finance and Finance Director on a variety of projects. Key Tasks
* Lead, mentor and develop the UK, Europe, and Singapore finance teams, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
* Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies and regulations.
* Provide guidance on complex financial matters, supporting the team's problem-solving and growth.
* Manage month-end processes and deliverables, ensuring consistency and accuracy across regions (UK, Europe and Singapore).
* Own consolidated Group accounts at Topco level and support global consolidation with peer Finance Manager.
* Implement and maintain standardised reporting practices across UK, Europe, and Singapore.
* Drive improvements to reporting processes, enhancing efficiency and quality of insights.
* Prepare and deliver external reporting for board packs, private equity updates, and debt provider submissions.
* Manage intercompany reconciliations, transfer pricing, capex forecasting, and cash flow optimisation.
* Support local audits and tax processes, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
* Review costs and financial performance, identifying areas for savings and efficiency gains.
* Oversee payroll processes for UK, Netherlands, and Singapore, ensuring accuracy and process integrity.
* Provide high-quality ad-hoc financial analysis to support the Head of Finance and Finance Director.
Requirements
* A bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field.
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
* Previously worked within a team with management experience.
* Excellent organisation skills and very diligent.
* Thrive within a fast-paced environment and have the desire to match the business growth ambitions.
