Hours: 8am-5pm Monday - Friday

This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract - candidates must be available immediately.

You will be working within a solid Customer Service team responsible for face to face and phone based customer service, acting as the first point of contact for the company's customers, processing orders on the internal system, liaising with departments, managing queries, ensuring the system is kept up to date, discussing the product range with customers and additional administrative duties where required.
You will have customer services and administration experience, be flexible, willing to learn, have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, be computer literate and have a positive working attitude.
