About The Role: Days of Working: Monday to Friday Shift Pattern: 09:00am to 17:30pm As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Collecting outstanding debt on allocated customer accounts by telephone, letter and statements Providing weekly reports to Billings & Collections Manager Weekly distribution of aged transaction reports Co-ordinating the resolution of customer queries Monitoring customer credit limits and maintaining company credit policies What are we looking for? Applicants must have the right to work in the UK Excellent communication and customer service skills.
