The successful trainee Telesales Executive would complete the following training: How to structure and make telesales calls to business owners and engage decision makers in intelligent conversations about their business and your products. Negotiation skills and objection handling skills to help you close business deals with any type of customer. Product training on Mobile Phones / Networks, Telecoms Services and Fixed-line products (Lines, calls & broadband). Organisations skills on how to manage your own diary, managing client expectations and prioritising tasks. The successful trainee Telesales Executive would have: A really outgoing, confident and enthusiastic personality with a genuine desire to work in the sales industry. Experience in Sales or Telesales is not necessary you will still be considered if you have worked in sales before. You must be motivated to work hard, the kind of person that sets themselves goals to achieve and does everything in their power to reach them. You will have to step outside of your comfort zone and into the unknown at times with a smile on your face and a determination to succeed.
