Join Our Team as a Radiographer – MRI and CT Specialist
Are you a skilled and motivated Radiographer with expertise in MRI and CT imaging? We are looking for a professional with a comprehensive knowledge of diagnostic radiography to join our team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality imaging services and exceptional patient care. As a Radiographer specializing in MRI and CT, you will:
• Perform a wide range of diagnostic imaging procedures, adhering to professional and departmental guidelines, as well as MRI safety procedures, IR(ME)R, and IRR guidelines.
• Demonstrate advanced technical skills, adapting MRI and CT techniques to suit patient needs.
• Assess and evaluate diagnostic images to ensure optimum image quality.
• Interpret clinical history and patient information to match examination instructions to patient needs.
• Undertake IV cannulation following completion of accredited training.
What we’re looking for:
• Expertise in general radiography, CT, and MRI imaging.
• Strong theoretical and technical skills, with the ability to adapt techniques as needed.
• Knowledge of safety procedures, bio-effects, and risk management in MRI and radiation protection under IRR.

• Provide clinical supervision, assistance, and training for student radiographers and rotating staff.
• Participate in an extended working day/week rota, including out-of-hours service, to meet the needs of service users.
• Act as an Operator under IR(ME)R, maintaining accountability for your professional actions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high standards of care.
