Do you have experience of working in a process-driven environment? Are you able to use initiative and make decisions using sound judgment? Your primary role as a Customer Service Administrator will be to triage and support multi-channel enquiries, enabling efficient, accurate and timely responses to all enquiries. A high level of accuracy will be need to be applied when inputting and retrieving information from the database.
As an Administrator your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Supporting a first-class enquiry service.
* Triaging and categorising emails and webform enquiries to ensure they are managed efficiently by the correct team and across the wider business.
* Managing returned post, and bounced emails, endeavouring to identify, contact and update details to maintain strong, successful engagement with our users.
* Responding to and managing basic enquiries to alleviate the impact of peak enquiry periods on the wider enquiry team.
* Making outbound tele calls to contact individuals in relation to information detailed in their enquiry or to confirm information on their account is accurate.
* Supporting the wider team with useful summary notes for each enquiry, taking responsibility for basic record administration and data cleansing to ensure records are kept up-to-date.
* Specific duties will vary from time to time in line with the business needs.
To be a successful Customer Service Administrator you must have:
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to respond to verbal and written enquiries in a courteous, professional and empathetic way.
* Ability to take initiative and prioritise tasks in line with business needs.
* Basic experience with Microsoft systems (Word, Excel, Teams).
* Experience with printing, scanning and mail-merging.
* Experience using a CRM system.
