Our office is based in Totton, and we work across SO14-SO19 areas, therefore an ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of these areas. Your main duties as a Customer Supervisor: The first point of customer contact; visiting potential customers to set up care packages including risk assessments, writing care plans, deal with all the administration of the set-up and carrying out introductory visits Introducing new staff and managing probation periods & feeding back information to the Care Manager on the performance of all staff. Do Quality checks and Customer reviews. Monthly spot checks and supervision of Care assistants. Liaising closely with the coordinator, care manager, customers, care assistants and external health care professionals. Assisting in the implementation of any necessary care need changes to ensure a quality service is maintained Ensuring rigorous adherence to all Bluebird Care systems. Helping with auditing files and clearing alerts on our database. Networking and building relations with Health professionals and other external agencies Taking on call duties as part of a rota basis, this will be a minimum of 1 evening per week and 1 in every 4 weekends The ideal Customer Supervisor will have the following attributes: A proactive can-do attitude A passion for delivering high-quality care. Extremely good customer relations person, presentable and assertive and good with communication. High energy and eager to help us to develop this area. Extremely good in selling and converting customer enquiries, so you will need to be eager to drive our business. Have an excellent Customer service approach Strong computer skills as all our care planning is done online as well as understanding the mobile technology for our care systems. Have a hands-on approach as you might have to help out with care calls in case of emergencies. Strong people management skills Good reporting skills both verbal and written. Good English standard in writing. Have excellent knowledge of the local area Although care experience is desirable, this is not essential, as full training will be provided.
