As a Customer Services Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support and assistance, ensuring customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Process customer orders and oversee returns management efficiently.
2. Manage customer email enquiries and ensure timely responses.
3. Liaise with warehouse on order fulfilment and stock issues.
4. Generate daily/monthly reports and manage allocated stock.
5. Support aged debtor resolution and assist with company events and peak periods.
Skills & Experience:
1. Previous experience in a customer service role.
2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail.
4. A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to help customers.
