We are looking for a Reception Manager to promote a positive environment where colleagues are multi skilled to ensure the guest always receives the friendliest and most efficient service possible, while also positively approaching any sales opportunity to maximise sales revenue and exceed budgeted sales targets. What You Will Do Support the everyday operation and oversee the Reception team, taking responsibility for ensuring our guests always receive a warm welcome and that high standards of service are consistently delivered.
