What will the VP Account Management (Sales) Europe do:
Medius’ Vice President of Account Management EMEA will lead a team of Account Managers across Europe, growing accounts via geographic expansion and importantly, selling the value of Medius’ broad suite of Finance Office and AI enabled products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Account Management/Client Sales professionals, promoting a culture of excellence, customer-centricity and sales results.
* Devise and coordinate EMEA strategy and cross-sell initiatives.
* Leverage PLG and collaborate with Customer Success to establish opportunity pipeline.
* Work with cross-functional department leaders including Customer Success, Product and other stakeholders to improve customer experience, product evolution and business execution.
* Be the executive sponsor with key accounts.
* Deliver against quarterly and annual sales quotas.
Performance Metrics:
* Sales expansion and quota achievement.
Experience:
* Specifically selling AP/P2P SaaS space is a MUST Have.
* 5+ years leading Account Management/Client Sales teams, ideally as a second line manager.
* Demonstrable success expanding accounts via cross-sell, upsell and other account growth initiatives.
