This role will be a minimum of 3 days a week requirement on-site in offices near to Maidstone, with a requirement to flex for more as they move to busier periods of the process Are you immediately available to start a day rate Interim assignment on 30th April until mid/end of July? You will be supporting the HR team during a restructuring process. Interim HR Change Advisor – Day Rate – On-site – Near Maidstone - 3 Months Some responsibilities of the HR Advisor (Change) include: General support for a restructure / redundancy process Supporting the collective consultation process – participating in meetings, taking minutes, helping to facilitate setting up the consultation committee / balloting if needed. Participation in individual consultation meetings / supporting managers. Administrative support / actions throughout the process. Supporting with any associated grievances / ER issues.
