Senior Administrator M grade £29,201pa - £33,071pa fte pro rata - starting salary/grade dependent on experience and responsibilities
27.5 hours per week over Monday – Friday (Monday - Thursday 9:00-3:00pm & Friday 9-12:30), 39 weeks per year – flexible working patterns can be consideredGreenmeadow Primary School is looking to appoint a Senior Administrator to lead and manage the busy school office. Day to day you will be supporting the headteacher and leadership team with the operational management of the school.You will be responsible for the provision of an efficient and effective business and administrative support function including:
Developing excellent relationships with parents, carers and colleagues
Managing recruitment and selection activities ensuring that all safeguarding processes are followed
Maintaining databases of pupil and staff information
Manage all financial processes in line with Trust procedures
Knowledge, skills and experience
You will be able to demonstrate your understanding of the importance of exceptional customer care to a range of stakeholders and be able to communicate appropriately and effectively to achieve positive outcomes. You will be able to build strong professional relationships with staff, parents and children. You will be highly organised with an ability to prioritise tasks.
Ideally you will have experience of finance, HR, recruitment and business systems however this is not essential as you will be working closely with Trust Central team and will be supported in the development of these skills.
Qualifications and Training
You will hold A* - C or equivalent in GCSE maths and english (or further relevant experience), you may have already completed the Level 3 Certificate in Business Management, have an equivalent qualification or have relevant experience.
You will be able to demonstrate a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and experience of website management.
