As a Working Cleaning Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering top-tier cleaning services while actively participating in daily cleaning tasks. This flexible role requires you to maintain office spaces and other client areas, including but not limited to glass surfaces, walls, hard floors, carpets, ceilings, upholstery, and washrooms. You will be responsible for both supervising and performing cleaning duties, ensuring high standards are met. Your proactive approach, adaptability to different shifts (including weekdays and weekends as needed), and ability to respond to client requests across multiple buildings will be crucial. With your attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and ability to motivate a team, you will contribute to the overall success of our facility service solutions. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the cleaning team to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations Perform and oversee specialized cleaning, including glass, walls, hard floors, carpets, ceilings, upholstery, and washrooms, ensuring all areas meet high cleanliness standards. Train and onboard new cleaning staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge. Ensure cleaning staff are trained on best practices, equipment handling, and safety procedures. Be available for rotating shifts, including weekdays and weekends, based on client requirements. Provide cleaning services across different buildings as requested by the client. Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning meets required standards. Address any deficiencies proactively. Manage and maintain cleaning schedules and assignments Identify and implement the best cleaning techniques and solutions, continuously improving service delivery rather than limiting tasks to standard routines. Monitor stock levels of cleaning products and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment and proper usage. Ensure that all cleaning activities adhere to health and safety regulations and company guidelines. Requirements Previous experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry, preferably within a blue-chip company Strong knowledge of office cleaning techniques, equipment, and products Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities Attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high cleaning standards Knowledge of health and safety regulations
