* Start Date: ASAP
* Contract Type: Full-Time, Temporary to Permanent
* Hours: 8:30 am – 3:30 pm (Monday to Friday)
* Pay: £84.50 - £95 per day (based on experience)

Responsibilities:
* Support students in the classroom to help them access the curriculum
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEN
* Assist with the development and implementation of individualized learning plans
* Help manage classroom behaviour and provide emotional support
* Foster a positive and nurturing environment to promote student engagement and progress
What We’re Looking For:
* Passion for supporting students with special educational needs
* Experience in education or care (preferred but not essential)
* Strong communication skills, patience, and resilience
* Ability to work effectively within a team
* A proactive approach to supporting student's development
