Curriculum and Quality Leader – Access and Supported Education
Salary: £52,257 per annum

As an effective leader and passionate advocate for learning, teaching, and learner success, you will lead your course team in the development, delivery, and quality enhancement of a designated range of curriculum and services.
Educated to the relevant SCQF level for your area of curriculum expertise, you will also hold a full teaching qualification (or commit to attaining this by July 2025). You will have an overview of all Access and Supported Education delivery.
You will have the analytical and horizon scanning skills needed to develop your curriculum area effectively by engaging, motivating, and involving your team and providing the vision and passion needed to lead and develop clear curriculum pathways that meet learner, regional, and commercial needs across a range of courses and levels.
Excellent leadership, teamwork, and organisational skills are essential, coupled with an enthusiasm and a determination to enhance the learning and teaching opportunities available for your students.
Calm, organised, motivated, and solution-focused, you must also be able to demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and presentation skills, supported by good ICT skills and a flexible, creative, and solution-focused approach.
