This position is a full-time role working 40 hours per week including 1 in 3 Saturdays. This will include a mixture of shifts typically 9.00 - 17.00 or 11.00 - 19.00 p.m. across the week. A Saturday shift will be either 9.00 - 17.00 or a 10.00 - 18.00. We are open bank holidays, excluding Easter Sunday, Christmas Day and Boxing Day, and there will be a requirement to work some of these.

We are a newly extended practice with more modernised space to treat our ever-growing base of pets. A forward-thinking, close working team with a passion for pets and exceptional client service.
Here in Altrincham, we have reimagined how a practice works, putting our team at the centre of everything we do, which is reflected in our expansion. We have 5 consultation rooms, 2 theatres and a dedicated recovery area. We also have a set space for Vet Study, dedicated operational office and a large colleague rest room.
The administrational team is made up of 4 part-time Client Care Advisors, and working alongside the Client Care Administrator, you will be supporting the Practice Manager with the operational running and efficiency of the client care functions of the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Working at a senior level, your daily responsibilities will include ensuring our team are in the right place and the right time to ensure our client journey is second to none, overseeing the daily resource planner and ensuring our daily tasks are completed timely and efficiently. You will also be overseeing the training requirements of the team to ensure they are competent and compliant.
You will have experience in leading a team in client care and be confident in administrational processes, including the use of electronic appointment diaries, Excel, and telephony.

The salary is £26,000 at £12.50 per hour with 20 days holiday plus bank holidays for the first 2 years of service, going to 25 days in year 3.
