PPM Coordinator Waltham Cross 1-year Fixed Term Contract/ full-time Competitive salary plus benefits We have an exciting new role to join our Contracts teams in Waltham Cross. The purpose of this role is to provide a Co-ordinator function for the Contracts Team. In addition, you are required to provide a professional administrative support function as part of the Contracts team, undertaking general office duties and any additional tasks to support the running of the division More about the role: Carry out internal administration and invoicing procedures on FIS contracts. Maintain spreadsheets and other data tables /reporting documents related to each contract. Collation and preparation of all works and job related paperwork including accurate electronic and document filing. Act as office point of contact for any PPM related telephone calls. Booking in and scheduling of all scheduled/PPM/remedial/reactive works with client site representatives, working to support the PPM Contracts Manager. Liaise with Specialist Sub-Contractors and book resources when required. Gather PPM paperwork and enter data on to asset management database. Assist in producing and maintaining remedial work quotations. Booking of resources with Operations Supervisor and/or subcontractors including those associated with reactive call outs. Procurement of parts required to complete any works identified during reactive works. Assist with invoicing administration by processing invoices on the internal finance system/create and maintain spreadsheets and other data tables/documents. Assist with the compilation/collation of pre-works administration documents. Collation and preparation of all office, works and job paperwork including accurate electronic and document filing. Answering the telephone in a professional manner and direct incoming telephone calls appropriately. Gather paperwork and enter data on to asset management database Assist in producing and maintaining quotations. About you: Can you juggle multiple tasks like a pro?
