Job Description
* Assisting with financial reporting and record-keeping.
* Processing invoices, payments and receipts accurately.
* Assisting with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
* Providing support to the Accounting & Finance team as required.
* Ensuring financial transactions are recorded and entered into the accounting system accurately.
* Assisting with the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
* Participating in financial audits and working with the finance team to resolve discrepancies.
* Adhering to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
* AAT Qualification or studying towards.
* Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
