The post holder will provide administrative support for the Practice Learning Hub team. The Practice Learning Hub (PLH) leads the delivery of a centralised approach to the support and operational services of practice-learning in health and social care-related education and training. An important part of this role will involve the implementation of our new online practice assessment system (ePAD). Applicants should have good general education to GCSE standard and should be motivated, well organised and able to work independently and as part of a team. They should have excellent communication skills and proven ability to use Microsoft Office with database management. Experience of customer service and/or dealing with the public, administration skills and problem solving skills are essential for this role.
