Customer Team Member
Location : Nano Store - Castlewood Depot NG17 1JF AND South Normanton DE55 2BN
Pay : £12.00 per hour
Contract : 12 hours per week + regular overtime, 12 month temporary contract, part time
Working pattern : Shifts will fall either between 7am - 10am, or 6pm - 10pm, to be discussed at interview. This role will involve periods of lone working.

We're currently recruiting for roles in our amazing Nano concept store, serving our colleagues at our Castlewood Depot. Nano is a fully automated store using innovative AI technology to track items as they are selected for purchase, ensuring a seamless shopping experience with no queues or scanning. Payments are accurately and automatically processed from customer's bank accounts as they leave the store with their purchases.
In this role it will be up to you to make sure the store is fully stocked and looks great for our customers and as the shop doesn't have colleagues permanently on-site, there will be times where you'll be working independently. You'll build great relationships with teams within the depot and your base support store at South Normanton where there will also be opportunities to work additional shifts.

What you'll do
- Participate in briefings with your local store manager and depot teams at the start and end of each shifts
- Load products from the Order Area in the depot onto a merchandising trolley, transferring them to the Nano store in a safe and considerate manner.
- Make sure the Nano store is safe and legal - keep the shelves stocked and make sure prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be.
- Make sure your merchandising trolley is safe and compliant, conducting daily checks to ensure it's in good working order, returning it to the Order Area in the depot on completion of your visit.
- Work an occasional shift in your base store, serving customers on the till, restocking shelves, and helping your colleagues solve problems.
