Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior mental health practitioner to join the Fylde Coast Home Treatment Team, which provides 24 hour support to service users suffering from mental health concerns that would otherwise require admission to an acute inpatient environment. There is a strong focus on a recovery model and effective risk management to provide high quality care in a community setting.
Main Duties of the Job
The Fylde Coast Home Treatment Team is always striving towards excellence in service delivery and ensuring that the Trust values are achieved. The successful applicant will be dynamic, forward-thinking, and passionate about working with service users with acute mental health concerns, providing a recovery-focused approach. There will be an expectation that the successful applicant will also undertake night duty and shift work as part of their role.

Person Specification
Education
* Recognised Core Mental Health Professional Qualification (e.g. RMN/Dip SW/OT)
* ENB 998 or equivalent teaching/supervision qualification
Knowledge
* In-depth knowledge of mental health problems
* In-depth knowledge of issues that impact upon people with mental health problems
* Detailed knowledge of the impact of risk and protective factors that affect people with mental health problems
Experience
* Experience of post qualification clinical work with service users experiencing a range of mental health problems
* Experience of delivering evidence-based interventions in a time-limited framework
* Evidence of assessment across a broad range of mental health problems
