Following the acquisition of a significant new contract, multiple opportunities have opened for helpdesk administrators to join their growing team. This is an excellent chance for experienced customer service professionals to take the next step into planning administration within a dynamic and well-established organisation. Hours of WorkShifts: A mix of:08:00 - 16:0010:00 - 20:001 weekend in 4 days off in lieu for weekend shifts.Shift patterns will be discussed during the interview stage.Duties & Responsibilities:Workforce Coordination:Organise and prioritise engineers’ workloads to ensure tasks are effectively managed.Planned Maintenance Management:Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to schedule and action PPMs.Team Monitoring:Oversee the day-to-day performance of the engineering team, ensuring schedules and rotas are in place and clearly communicated.Parts Coordination:Manage procurement and scheduling for spare parts and fittings.Issue Reporting:Advise Service Managers of any issues affecting performance or workflow.Cross-Department Collaboration:Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments.System Management:Operate and maintain the customer’s Maintenance Management System effectively.Salary & BenefitsSalary: £23,500 with an increase following probation.Holidays: 32 days per year.Health Care: Access to healthcare benefits.Pension: 4 employer contribution.This role is ideal for a motivated individual with strong organisational skills and a customer-focused mindset who is ready to grow their career in planning and administration.
