Due to growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Team Leader. We are looking for a candidate with strong mentoring and development experience and someone who is driven to enhance sales activity and maximize team performance.
Job Specification: Inside Sales Team Leader
You will have many day-to-day responsibilities including mentoring, driving growth, and actively engaging with the team. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Managing a team of Inside Sales Representatives, monitoring performance against KPIs set, and conducting regular 1-2-1s.
2. Being responsible for customer engagement and being the forefront of the team with any queries that may arise.
3. Assessing the team’s skill set and leveraging their skills to provide mentoring support and ensure appropriate training is scheduled for individual team members.
4. Overseeing the team’s daily activities related to sales and providing all CRM updates, opportunity management, vendor training, and engagement.
Requirements: Inside Sales Team Leader
We are looking for someone with experience working in a target-driven sales environment and a proven track record of getting the best out of their team.
1. Understanding of internal sales team functions and how to manage and coach your team to boost sales activity.
2. Experience managing team KPIs and identifying when additional training is needed, while being a support network for your team.
3. Understanding of the sales process and managing activities based on KPIs.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable using a broad range of communication styles.
Some knowledge of IT hardware and services would be an advantage, but we are essentially looking for someone with direct sales experience in any sector, whether that be IT, mobile phones, broadband, or within a B2B environment. If this is you, click apply for immediate consideration.
