We are seeking experienced Adults Learning Disability Support Workers for a service in Long Ashton. The service offers supported living for adults aged 18 and above with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, or sensory impairments. Your role will involve assisting residents through a care pathway to promote independence.
Overview:
* Title: Adults Learning Disability Support Worker

* Job Type: Flexible agency work, block bookings, with potential for permanent contracts
* Shifts: Flexible pattern, including 8, 10, 12-hour shifts, days, nights, and sleep shifts, with your preferred hours and dates
* Pay: £13.68/hour (including holiday pay)

The role:
As an Adult Learning Disability Support Worker, you will provide therapeutic care to individuals with autistic spectrum conditions and complex needs. You will work within a multidisciplinary team.
The candidate:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* A genuine desire to improve outcomes for adults with learning disabilities
* Empathy, caring nature, and resilience
* At least 6 months experience in social care
* UK Driving License
* Current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
* The right to work in the UK
