Delivery Operations Manager – Reactive Repairs Secondment/Fixed Term – 6 months Hours – 35 hours per week Location – Homebased, with a requirement to work in the office 2/3 days per week. (Designated office Memorial House Coalville). The ability to travel between sites and across the East Midlands is essential. Salary - £50,139 - £55,710 annum We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our Reactive Repairs Team at emh. You will drive the future growth and development of our Reactive Repairs service, ensuring emh deliver a cost-effective service, providing value for money and a great customer journey. As our Delivery Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the operational delivery of all aspects of the reactive repairs function, ensuring that our customers across the East Midlands receive an excellent service from our Internal Maintenance Teams, and external contractors. We're aiming to grow the services delivered internally, so you should have a strategic, forward-thinking approach, and an awareness of best practice in the sector. We have a data driven service, and you should have an analytical eye with experience of interpreting and manipulating data, and producing reports. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, which you will demonstrate working closely and in conjunction with other stakeholders across the business including our Trade Union representatives, and Housing and Finance Teams. You should be an experienced people leader and will be able to motivate and lead the team with a trust and an output-based performance culture. You will directly line manage the responsive repairs team leader (who oversees our team of maintenance planners), and a team of supervisors (who manage our internal maintenance operatives).
